Jonathan B. Randolph

Mr. Randolph founded the Randolph Law Firm, PLLC in 2007, which became Randolph & Almonte, PLLC in 2009. His expertise is frequently called upon in complex litigation cases where criminal and civil matters become intertwined.

Biography:

Mr. Randolph grew up in Beaumont, Texas where he attended Monsignor Kelly High School and Lamar University-Beaumont. Following college graduation, he moved to Houston and attended the top trial advocacy law school in the nation according to U.S News and World Reports, South Texas College of Law. While he attended law school, Mr. Randolph worked for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, clerked for a prominent Houston civil litigation firm, and thrived as a varsity mock trial advocate for South Texas College of Law's Advocacy Program.

Mr. Randolph is duly admitted and licensed to practice law by the State of Texas and the United States Federal Court of the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Randolph is a certified Attorney Ad Litem in suits involving Guardianship as well as matters involving Termination and Conservatorship suits filed by the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). Mr. Randolph's practice areas include Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Child Protective Services Litigation, and Estate Planning & Probate.

Mr. Randolph takes extraordinary pride in the practice of law. Consequently, he is a member of many professional organizations which benefit the community including the Houston Young Lawyer's Association (HYLA), the Houston Bar Association (HBA), the Texas Young Lawyer's Association (TYLA), the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section (REPTL), the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Randolph is particularly proud of his membership with the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best trained attorneys in Texas. Members are qualified attorneys who are interested in both high ethical standards and improved training for all Texas attorneys.

Volunteer Experience:

Mr. Randolph stays active in the community by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, the Houston Young Lawyer's Association, and accepting pro bono work through the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
