Dallas Police Officer Fired After Arrested For DWI

A Dallas Police Officer was fired after she was arrested for DWI. A police officer pulled the former Dallas Police Officer over after she was speeding and driving erratically. The officer in question had alcohol on her breath. When asked if she had been drinking, she stated "not alot."
She then, as the police officers normally do, refused to take the standard field sobriety tests. Though not entirely clear, it is possible that she refused to take a breath test, as well. The reason for this inference is that the the investigating officer obtained a search warrant to obtain the officer's BAC level. After the test, it was determined that she had a BAC level of 0.14%.
Though the criminal case is still pending, the Dallas Police Department fired this officer.
