A man taken into custody for indecent exposure was later revealed to be a mentally handicapped person. However, he has still been charged for his offense and remains in jail for the misdemeanor count. Authorities in Galveston, Texas received multiple calls about a man riding his unicycle naked last week on the Kemah Bridge. J.G.F., 45, was taken into police custody and charged with indecent exposure. His bail was then set at $1,500. At the time of his arrest, J.G.F. did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reports the Kemah Police Chief.
News sources say that this is not the first that the local authorities have run into the suspect. He can often be seen riding his unicycle around town, but this is the first time that he has done so in the nude. When officers arrived at the scene last week, they allegedly had some trouble getting J.G.F. to pull over. He later told the police officers that he liked the way being nude felt on his unicycle. Now, he is facing sex crime charges for his behavior. If you want to contest the sex crime charges that have been filed against you or have your charges reduced, take the time to consult a
