Two boys at Wylie East High School in Plano were recently arrested and charged with first-degree murder concerning their classmate. The victim's body was found on Saturday night, but police did not report how the teen died. The police suspect that the boys killed their classmate behind the school. Authorities suspect that the attack was premeditated. The suspects then allegedly disposed of the body in a wooded area in Garland, Texas.
Police were notified of the incident when a 911 called reported that a vehicle veered off the freeway and into a wooded area one night. The police followed up on the call to investigate, and discovered two teenage boys running from them as they approached. When the teens arrived back at the scene to retrieve their vehicle, police were still waiting. The boys admitted that they were burying a body. The corpse was recovered, and the teens were taken to the Collin County Juvenile Detention facility. The victim was planning on joining the military after high school, and was a member of the Air Force Jr. Office Reserve Training Corps. He hoped to eventually be a Marine.
