The man was then released to a sober passenger who told the police that
he or she would drive him home. Apparently, this did not happen. Approximately
two hours after the first traffic stop, he was then stopped again. The
police spotted his same car weaving on the road. He was then stopped and
he had a 0.11% BAC level.

Wow, it happened . . . again. It seems that the theme for the last few
entries is when it rains, it pours. When there is a
DWI, there is a second in the same night. Last Friday, we had an
entry that detailed a Connecticut man who had two DWIs in one night. A New York
man was arrested for DWI last night. He had a 0.14% BAC.
