She then, as the police officers normally do, refused to take the standard
field sobriety tests. Though not entirely clear, it is possible that she refused to take a
breath test, as well. The reason for this inference is that the the investigating
officer obtained a search warrant to obtain the officer's BAC level.
After the test, it was determined that she had a BAC level of 0.14%.
Though the criminal case is still pending, the Dallas Police Department
fired this officer.
