Houston Teacher is the Real "Breaking Bad"

A Houston high school chemistry teacher may have been a little too influenced by popular television show "Breaking Bad." The 29-year-old woman was arrested on drug charges after police found the recipe to manufacture date rape drugs in the teacher's backpack.

In a raid on the teacher's home, law enforcement uncovered a shotgun, prescription drugs, methamphetamine, marijuana, and Gamma Hydroxybutyrate, which is the main ingredient in date rape drugs. Recipes for date rape drugs were also found at the home.

The teacher's husband was arrested at the home on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, aggravated possession of a substance, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Following the raid, police went to the high school where the teacher worked. In her backpack was a recipe for creating an alleged date rape drug. It is not believed that any illegal activity occurred on the grounds of the high school.

The teacher has been charged with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
