Adriana Santiago
About
Adriana Santiago brings a unique blend of discipline, service, and hands-on advocacy to her work at the firm. Born in Mexico and raised in Dallas, she graduated from W. T. White High School before serving in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, where she developed the work ethic and calm under pressure that continue to guide her legal practice.
After completing her military service, Adriana earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, then received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. During law school, she served as President of the Intellectual Property Society and participated in the school’s Community Engagement Program, working closely with youth in foster care and individuals seeking to restore their driver’s licenses. These experiences deepened her commitment to accessible, client-centered advocacy.
Adriana joined the firm in 2025, where she focuses on helping injured clients navigate personal injury and disability matters. Her practice benefits from a broad foundation built through internships and externships with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and an immigration law firm. She gained experience in litigation strategy, motion practice, legal research, and direct client support, all of which inform her approach to representing clients facing life-changing injuries or disabilities.
Her background working with vulnerable populations, combined with the discipline instilled by her military service, allows her to stay steady in high-pressure environments and communicate clearly with clients who are often dealing with stress, uncertainty, and pain. She approaches every case with preparation, empathy, and a focus on securing meaningful results.
Outside the office, Adriana enjoys strength training, long-distance running, automobile mechanics, and poetry.
