About

Mobina Zendeh Del co-founded The Zen Law Firm after serving as the lead attorney for a national law firm’s Dallas office. Her practice primarily focuses on Social Security Disability, helping clients obtain the benefits that they deserve.

With over a decade of experience, Mrs. Zendeh Del has successfully handled thousands of Social Security cases on behalf of claimants nationwide. She is the former president of the Dallas Association of Social Security Claimants Attorneys (DASSCA) and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). She has served as a legal consultant to several media outlets and is recognized by Judges in the Social Security field as being a seasoned veteran.

Mrs. Zendeh Del is a long-time resident of North Dallas. She attended Southern Methodist University where she successfully completed her Business School and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with double majors in Finance and Marketing.

Legal Experience

After SMU, Mrs. Zendeh Del attended one of the top trial advocacy law schools in the nation according to U.S News and World Reports, South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. There, she met her husband, Jason Zendeh Del. During law school, she was recognized as a distinguished student and competed in both the Mock Trial and Moot Court program. During law school, Mrs. Zendeh Del worked in the Office of the Harris County District Attorney, where she was responsible for assisting with all aspects of a busy bond forfeiture division.

Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Zendeh Del was immediately offered a position as an associate in a busy Family/Commercial Litigation firm, where she handled numerous complex litigations. When she and Mr. Zendeh Del decided to relocate to the Dallas area, Mrs. Zendeh Del accepted a position with a national Social Security Disability firm where she spearheaded their satellite office in Texas.

During her five years of employment with that firm, Mrs. Zendeh Del was instrumental in growing the Dallas office to include other attorneys and support staff. Having successfully handled thousands of Social Security cases nationwide, Mrs. Zendeh Del is held in very high regard by her colleagues and by many Judges across the state.

Mrs. Zendeh Del takes special pride in the practice of all areas of law.
