Russ A. DiCapo

Russ A. DiCapo was raised in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business in 2002. Mr. DiCapo received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston School of Law in 2005 and has been exclusively practicing Immigration law ever since.

Mr. DiCapo is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. DiCapo frequently serves as a legal expert for FunAsia Radio and other media outlets.

Mr. DiCapo joined The Zen Law Firm as Of Counsel in 2015 where he focuses his practice exclusively on Immigration. Under Mr. Zendeh Del’s supervision, Mr. DiCapo is responsible for managing a full caseload of Immigration filings including those based on family, employment, investor visas, and asylum to name a few. The Zen Law Firm also represents individuals in deportation proceedings, removal proceedings, and other federal court proceedings.
