Cynthia Gabriela Gutiérrez

Cynthia Gabriela Gutiérrez is an associate attorney with Zen Law Firm. Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2021 and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2026. She joined Zen Law Firm following her graduation in 2026.

Cynthia works closely with the firm’s senior attorneys on civil litigation matters, including personal injury, Social Security disability, and real estate cases. She assists throughout the litigation process and works alongside senior counsel in preparing for and handling hearings and other court proceedings.

During law school, Cynthia held leadership positions in student organizations, became a certified mediator, and gained practical legal experience through internships in multiple areas of law.

Cynthia is fluent in English and Spanish and is committed to clear, thoughtful communication with her clients. She understands that navigating a legal matter can be unfamiliar and stressful, and she takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure clients understand the issues and decisions in front of them.

Outside the office, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
