The good news is that there are actually multiple visa categories that are based on employment. Your education, job skills, and work experience are the types of factors that will be used to determine your eligibility for an employment-based visa.

• Are you someone who has an extraordinary ability in the arts, education, business, the sciences, or someone who is an athlete with national or international acclaim?
